"I was in a real bind. I bought a high-end custom outswing door. Much to my surprise, however, there are only a select few companies who know how to install these doors. The first guy who installed the door didnâ t know what he was doing and took my money and ran. Not only was Brad on the spot in a reasonable amount of time, his company knew exactly what they were doing and charged a fair price. They also took over an existing window project that went south on me. Talk about â clean up on Aisle 12.â They werenâ t put off by fixing someone elseâ s mess. My only regret is that I didnâ t know about them sooner to avoid the debacle we found ourselves in with less than qualified contractors."
