"AllStates was amazing throughout the remediation process for a 2nd floor roof leak last year (2023) that caused a significant mold issue in my home over time. After their cleanup/demolition, their air samples along with personal air/surface tests I used to compare before & after remediation came back healthy/all in the green. Those tests were up to 6 times greater than normal limits prior. The local drywall contractor I lined up to close the walls/ceilings back up commended their work on the demolition and cleanup. I would recommend AllStates to anyone seeking these services in the central NJ area (or further). "My house experienced water damage from a roof leak right after we purchased it. We hired Bridget and her team to rebuild the damaged areas once the remediation work was finished. Bridget was an incredibly helpful consultant while dealing with my homeowner's insurance. She provided great guidance which helped ensure that everything damaged would be addressed. Also, we decided instead of rebuilding back to what it was that we would remodel the affected areas. Her team provided great feedback and guidance while my wife and I were crafting the remodel plans. Now we have an amazing brand new master bathroom with a huge custom shower and a gorgeous new fireplace mantel and stone surround."

"Absolutely outstanding service and work. Chris, the owner, answered my call within minutes and came to my house the next day to give me an estimate on needed mold remediation. He answered all of my questions, and when I asked, he referred me to an excellent certified tester who also came the next day. Speed was important to me because I have a mold allergy. Chris came up with a comprehensive plan to do the job right and still keep it allergy-safe. He and Rene taped down paper though the house so that the mold-covered tiles and drywall he removed did not get on my floor. They taped a heavy plastic tarp with zipper opening on the door to the room they worked and and wore protective boot covers that they changed each time they left the room they were working in. They left my house as clean as when they came. Rene and Chris were professional from beginning to end and showed attention to detail to avoid cross contamination and remove the mold effectively at a fair price. They addressed my issues effectively and were so pleasant to work with. It made it seem like they were family watching out for me. And now I am breathing better than I have for a long, long time. "I first submitted my information to this company through their website. I received no response to that. I then called them twice to give my information. Each time I called, they told me I would hear from somebody in two to three days. I didn't receive a reply until I left a negative review. By the time I heard from someone named Ed, I already had another company out to inspect the damage in my home. I told Ed I'd get back to him if it didn't work out with that company. That company didn't get back to me for me to pay them and provide the estimates. I decided to try submitting my information for a project on Yelp. I received interest from one company. That company didn't call when they said they would, so it seemed like it was going to fall through with them. I called back Ed to set up a day and time to come out to visit. I ended up hearing from the company that I found after submitting my project to Yelp, and it seemed like they were going to come through with the estimates I needed. I called Ed back to cancel our appointment because I didn't want him wasting his time coming if this other company was going to provide the estimates. This other company wasn't calling when they said they would, getting back to me days later when I wasn't sure if I was ever going to hear from them again. I decided to call Ed to reschedule another appointment. This time he told me his boss didn't want to be involved with providing estimates if they're going to be used in a lawsuit. He referred me to another company, which didn't respond. After getting the runaround from two other companies, Ed and AW Martin got rid of me by referring me to a company that also didn't want to get involved. If a company has a problem with their estimates being used in a lawsuit, that sends up a red flag for me. It's frustrating, but I'm quickly learning how to deal with contractors. Don't tell them what you intend to use their estimates for. Fortunately, I've found a fifth company that I believe is going to provide the estimates I need. I was honest with them and told them why I needed the estimates, and they're even willing to appear in court to back up those estimates for a fee. In that case, I'm sure I can trust them, and their estimates will help me greatly with my lawsuit."

"AMS is our HERO. The city sewer backed up and filled one third of our basement just before kickoff on Super Bowl Sunday. By halftime George had arrived. He calmly assessed the situation, and set up a time to return the following morning. His workers were polite, professional, and meticulous, and did an unbelievable job of cleaning up a horrible mess. By the end of the day the damaged items, sewage , and much of the smell was gone. Huge fans and a germ-killing ionizer ran for three days. When they were finished the floor was bone dry and absolutely clean. It occurred to us that the floor could not have been better cleaned if it were being prepped for painting. So we will be doing so. AMS has innate integrity and a wealth of knowledge across a wide spectrum. Any project can be entrusted to their competent hands. Chester and Jean Lehmann"

"These guys were hired by my landlord for a lead paint remediation job and they were TERRIBLE. They didn’t follow ANY of the EPA’s procedures for the RRP rule, OR any of NJ’s rules for abatement. They didn’t give me the required paperwork, they didn’t properly confine the work space, they didn’t cover or protect my personal items, they didn’t tell me to turn off my HVAC unit, they didn’t even keep me out of the work space!!! They dry scraped. They didn’t clean properly. They didn’t do a clearance when they were done. When they came back to do dust wipe sampling to show that the house was lead safe in order to pass inspection for the town, the guy collecting the sample didn’t FOLLOW any of the correct procedures to get a good sample. He didn’t wear gloves. He didn’t mask of the area he was taking the sample from. He did everything wrong. When I confronted him, he said he would have to “double check” to see if I was right. He doesn’t need to. I am. These guys are total frauds and are akin to waste disposal companies dumping toxic waste in the ocean just to get rid of it. God sees your sins."
