"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. "I got quotes for a hard scape project. The AQ quote came in right on par with other quotes for the same job, but turned out to be way too expensive for me to fund entirely. But Ana and team worked with me to pull off the most crucial portion of the project that I could afford. The result is beautiful - a wonderful parking strip curb made of pavers set in a concrete foundation. The look is outstanding and extraordinary care was taken to shape the pavers around a curve and keep the tops of the pavers level even though the ground was not. Highly recommended."

We had some questions, selected stones from samples she dropped off, and had good communication that got us to moving forward. She returned with Manuel to double check the measurements, and the whole idea. The project started on time. The crew was here every week day for almost 3 weeks. We and our neighbors were happy with how the crew kept the site neat, and the alley accessible. The crew made a lot of sensible decisions based on their experience, and consulted us when needed. They finished off details nicely. It looks great."
