"Never, Ever order from Champion. The product may be fine however if anything goes wrong they take forever to stand by their warranty. We installed $15,000 of windows & patio door. One of the slider windows cracked within two weeks of it being installed. It took 11 months to get it replaced. I had many headaches and phone calls to get this resolved. From the local office in Loveland/Ft Collins area I spoke to Wendy & another gal in that office. Several times I asked for someone in an upper position. Both women told me there was nothing they could do to expedite this situation nor could they point me to anyone higher up than them. Those two women in that office are worthless. They don't care enough about the clients or their jobs to do better than "there isn't anything I can do". That is the worst customer service I can imagine!"

I chose to use a different type than the original, remove a damaged vent, etc. and it came out perfect. They were prompt, kept the work area clean, did some additional finish details to make the front of my house look great. I had one small issue and they promptly came back out and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this company (and have to several people). They are doing a great service by offering repair/replacement on smaller jobs."
