Biweekly service was contrac -ted but the team came in one week, charged $94. Neighbor complained about clumps of grass tossed on her lawn by worker. I called and told the agent that I wanted to stop all services immediately due to overcharging and failure to follow agreed costs. i WAS TOLD i HAD TO PAY $60 FOR EACH REMAINING SERVICE, FOR A TOTAL OF $600! We had actually planned NOT to purchase carpet during our initial appointment with Brian E. and had planned to look at our options, think about it for a few days, and then make a decision and call back to purchase carpet. However, Brian E. answered our many, many questions, we found the perfect carpet for our space, Brian E. was able to arrange delivery within the time frame that we needed, and we changed our plan on the spot and purchased carpet by the end of our meeting. (We didn't know how they would get the carpet down our stairs that make a 90-degree turn but they made it happen without scuffing the walls!) We also wanted to use a pewter-colored gripper strip where the carpet transitioned to concrete floor under closet doors instead of the silver or gold options offered by The Carpet Guys and they were able to accommodate our request and use and install the pewter strips that we had purchased. We eventually plan to replace more carpet and when we do, we will be reaching out to work with Brian E. at The Carpet Guys and we will be requesting installation by Sergio and his team.
