Took everything apart cleaned it steamed cleaned all my vents out in my refrigerator. My light wasn’t working on my oven and replace something in my oven light working now and cleaned it out. My dryer was taking a long to dry my clothes she cleaned my vent that goes out my house put back vacuum all the lint out my dryer and working fine don’t have to dry my clothes three times now. Well knowledgeable and save me a lot of money because I am TRASH QUEEN lol I was going through everything away buy all new appliances. Thank you for all your help and amazing customer service. The tech did not do any diagnostic work to figure out if I needed a new line or not. He measured the line length and said he'd give it to the office and have them send me a quote. He then charged me $94.30, That's $67.50 for a half hour of work, and $24.05 for miscellaneous supplies. On top of all that was a $2.75 charge for using a credit card, I wasn't given any other options to pay. What misc supplies are needed for a quote? Now over 2 weeks later I still haven't even received the quote I request, and was charged for. They definitely haven't done anything to win my business. I feel taken advatage of. Who charges for quotes?"
