"Commitment showed up with David to estimate the project. They made us feel comfortable with their knowledge of the materials and time required to do the projects we requested to be completed. We received our estimate via email the same day with a listed breakdown of costs. As soon as we reviewed and approved the estimate via email, the job was scheduled to start within a couple days. David and Clear showed up promptly at 9 am and started listing materials they would need to complete project. This project went very smoothly. It consisted of removing an outside and inside wall to general bathroom, which included a window we didn't want replaced, a change order to remove existing tub, repairing damage from water, termites, and mold, replacing wood framing, removing dirt from between wall and under existing tub, installing new wall surround and tub, replacing sheetrock in bathroom and hallway in entry hall. David worked in parallel with repairing a damaged ceiling in kitchen from previous owners DIY terrible fix from burst piping in overhead."

"We asked S&A to start a small project, an RV fence damaged in a windstorm. They completed the work on time and within our budget. Great quality. We then added another project - a 10x8 deck on the back of our home which was dilapidated. They completed the work per our specifications and even made our stairs wider - great innovation. It looks great and is very sturdy! So we added the most challenging project - a bathroom remodel, which included installing a neo-angle shower, new flooring, decorative tile, new toilet, re-texturing the walls, painting and wainscoting. The shower install required jack-hammering the foundation to relocate the drain. Very challenging!! In each of the projects Scott and Andrea demonstrated absolute professionalism, made excellent suggestions and worked within our budget. Our bathroom looks fantastic. These folks are personable, on-time, and quality conscious. I have one more project and would recommend them to anyone!"
