"I had an extensive exterior home remodel done and couldn’t be happier with the results! It included replacing siding, wood rot, window wraps, front porch railing and posts, gutters and the conversion of siding to stone in front of the house. In addition, the house was also painted. The total project took 2 weeks to complete. Evaluation - scale 1-5 (low to high) Price value - compared to other bids - 5+ Quality of work - 5 Estimates of work -5 Juan provides and estimate of the work you want done with details of the work to be completed, pictures of the areas to be worked and pictures of the materials to be used. Communication - 5.0 When you hire Juan he partners with you to communicate with both you and his crew in a timely manner. Results - 5 Bottom line Juan wants to be sure you’re happy with the project you hired him to do. If there is an issue he will address it, fix and make it right. I don’t recommend a lot of company’s unless they earn it and they did and then some. "

"Neighborhood Painting did wood rot repair, painting and gutter replacement after a big hailstorm in 2011. The paint has held up perfectly as promised. I had them come out again for wood rot repair and paint touchups in Fall 2019, and they even helped me out removing a 300 foot fence which has outlived its serviceable life. Ryan says my paint should last another 5 years and they're my go-to contractor for all things painting. They also helped me find a good quality custom replacement window. Ryan does a very thorough written estimate to capture the agreed work for your project. If the crew finds a hidden problem such as additional wood rot during your project, Ryan is very professional and flexible about updating the original quote with a fair adjustment. Neighborhood Painting works hard to please and build trust with even its most demanding customers. They are my go- to contractor for everything painting related. NOTE: I spent about $3500 back in 2011 to have a largish ~4500 sq foot house exterior painted. I also spent another$3500 for extensive wood rot repair not visible during the initial quote. In 2019 I spent $4000 primarily on wood rot repair."
