He came back a few times with design options for us. We found what we wanted. He then assigned Brian to be the frontman to our project. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

I was on the hunt for someone to match my backyard, and while repainting my kitchen, I found his card behind my fridge. I thought, why not give him a call? To my astonishment, he’s still in business after all these years! He answered the phone and came over to give me a free estimate. Cesar managed to recreate the same pattern to match the front of my house and gave me a fair price. He designed the borders to complement my yard and even created a safer step-off for my patio using some leftover pavers I had. I had also bought a new shed, and he was so kind put it together and build a paver base to keep it stable. Also I needed my sprinkler system fixed, and he referred another guy for that. Now my yard is absolutely stunning! My neighbors noticed this and they started using his services. While he was working on their yard, he even came by to help me blow the leaves off my sidewalk. I can’t recommend Green Grass 3 Landscaping enough! If you need anything done, don’t hesitate to give him a call."
