The AES team is committed to hiring and retaining some of the most qualified technicians in the area, with a minimum of 10 years experience. We make training a priority for our technicians and their helpers. We keep the vans stocked with many replacement parts to get you back up and running during our first visit. All of our employees are drug tested, background checked and registered with the state of VA
"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... Who can top Advanced Environment Solutions??? Need your system serviced or replaced? Advanced Environment Solutions gets our vote!"

"Jimmy showed up to my home during a time when my thermostat was not working. That issue was fixed. He sold me a services contract and told me when he returned to services the units, he will cover the pipes outdoors. I purchased the contract for twice per year maintenance. I scheduled with him for a specific date. Appointment was confirmed but Jimmy did not show. When I called, he it appears that he forgot my appointment and he rescheduled saying he could not work in the rain. He rescheduled for a few days after and one of his workers showed up (Carlos). The guy showed up looking like he was someone who does not want to work and unprepared. So, I asked him if he has filters and he said know. Jimmy's workman did not bring filter, so I offered him filters I had stored. I asked him if he bought things to cover the pipes at the back, he said no. I called and left a message for Jimmy. Carlos was so rude and unprofessional. I was so scared of him and the way he was behaving. Carlos then said he would NOT do any service. IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. He did return my money. They started at $34,000, then "discounted" to $29,300—$10,000 -$12,000 higher than other quotes for the exact same unit. Even factoring in their warranty, they remained $8,000–$10,000 overpriced. Mike also claimed they were a four-generation family-owned business, but I later found out they’re owned by Sila Services, a Goldman Sachs private equity firm—which feels misleading. To their credit, canceling was easy (though I hadn’t signed a financing agreement or put money down). Bottom line: Get multiple quotes.
