"Alpha Home Services was such a big help! I had a water leak incident that damaged the floor and ceiling of my home and Alpha Home Services was able to come quickly and open the ceiling and take out the dry wall. The first day they came they laid out all the plastic and closed off the damaged area and took out the dry wall to let air dry the foundation of the home. The next day they let it dry and came to check and spray to ensure there would be no mold. After they came again to install new dry wall and paint. They also were able to give me an estimate for all the damages and talk to my insurance company for the claim. I was able to get my claim and my home repaired in no time. Thank you again!"

"Absolutely terrible communication and poor workmanship. I have a contract to update my screened in porch. â 3 day jobâ started June 24 and now it is July 24. Havenâ t heard from anyone in over a week despite talking to Rob on three occasions about completing the project. Curtis stood me up for an appointment. Jay continues to ignore my communications and the original salesperson has apparently left the company. If you want a headache and a nightmarish experience by all means, otherwise, look past this company for your project needs. I take it at this point itâ s just not going to get completed."

"Linda Rominsky Bye BEFORE our Roof was replaced by City Light Construction.Their site manager came and put tarps where it was leaking. He also came and walked the roof with our adjuster. City Light took it from there. Put in their estimate, and it was approved by our USAA insurance. Within days the money for the roof was in our account. City Light took every care to lay tarps and collect the old roof, and cleared all debris. They even took large magnets to scan for dropped nails. They sat and explained the materials they use, which are of the finest quality. The work was done in one day, over the house, and most of our shed. By noon the second day the crew had completed the install. They even painted the furnace stack on the roof black to match the roof. We were impressed with their attention to detail, and everything was done to county construction standards. We are thrilled with our new roof and City Light Construction. We plan to use them for sealing our stamped concrete patio."

"Hiring this company has been a huge regret. I hate writing bad reviews for companies but there is no way that we can say anything positive. Once you sign the contract, you are hosed. We hired them to do install a Louvered Pergola on our deck. We signed the contract on June 7, 2025 with their salesperson Bart, which said they were expired in installation these. Which were later were told by their electrician that he never did this before. This project was horror from the beginning. First they measured the area incorrectly and started to install the pergola in front of our windows. We had to point this out to them. They then had to lower our sunroom windows. Now here we in Feb 2026 the job is still not complete. I have reached out to them several times. We were not able to install a ceiling fan because of the incorrect measuring, and the pergola isn't functioning. Bad remote, incorrect electrical wiring??? Don't know. DO NOT HIRE THEM!"

The only issue I have is the color I chose didnâ t match the finished product, I contacted the company about it and explained that when it is fully dry, the true color will surface. I hope so."

They worked with me on every detail - including many I never would have thought of for my paved driveway/walkway project - and made excellent suggestions from beginning to end, keeping constant communication of the scheduled work and expectations of each day's progress. "I wish we could rate Yovani and his team 10 stars. We contacted him to help us prep our home for sale. We originally requested quotes just for drywall, paint and carpet; but as we worked with the team, and found other small projects, we were SO incredibly thankful they were capable of supporting all of the finishing touches. Every step of the way, they were responsive and professional, they kept to the schedule we needed for listing our home, and worked with us to stay in budget. These guys do everything, and take pride in their work with attention to detail. When all was said and done, they did drywall repair, paint, new carpet, new LVT, fresh caulking in bathrooms, an INCREDIBLE job with some external trim that had been plaguing us (a complex bay window obstructed by decking), and hung a new foyer light (2 level, with scaffolding). They always protected surfaces before working and cleaned after their work. Yovani kept in communication throughout the project, always kept to his word, and delivered on a dozen key items. I canâ t say enough nice things. We look forward to recommending them to anyone who needs house prep or handyman work."
