They did excellent work for a reasonable price, and more importantly, rebuilt some customer trust after some botched carpentry work. Communication: Scheduling the initial estimate was easy and timely, while communications continued throughout the process. This was particularly important as we needed several days with good weather for external painting. Scoping Work: This is probably the most important first step in any project and often either messed up or purposely inflated. Victor actively listened to my desires and provided detailed advice and worked through various options as we worked out the details. For this project, we needed the exterior foundation repainted. Manor Works powerwashed, scraped, primed, and painted it all in a day. Quality of Work: The final product looks great, and since they back it with a 4-year warranty, I have peace of mind it was done right. Even more importantly, they ensured the painting was neat and clean without a lot of extraneous paint on the siding or other objects keeping a neat and professional look. "It was average quality work at an above average price. The quote included oil paint for a built in bookshelf, standard latex was used. The quote included a priming of the kitchen as well as two coats of paint. The walls were not primed even though I asked the lead painter if they were. I know they were not as the old color still bleeds through on three of the walls. I spent a full day chipping paint off the the kitchen tile, cabinets, and door frames, bathroom wood vanity, as well as the wood floors in the other rooms. I am in the process of hiring another company to repaint the disaster of a kitchen with which I was left."
