"Was the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. If it would let me I would put zero stars. They bid the job to take 3 days and it took them a month. They also did a terrible job had to hire a second company to fix all the work they did. The owner will only take your calls when he is bidding your job after that don’t expect to ever hear from him other than the occasional text. I wish I could include pictures of how absolutely terrible the floors they put in look. Do yourself a favor and hire absolutely any other company besides them."

"BLUF: Miserable business practices and mediocre work Titan initially blew me away with their level of customer service. I had a rep come to my home, take numerous measurements and tell me all about how the structure would be built. I stated that I needed the sunroom completed by the end of April 2024 and they put in a clause that if it wasn't completed, the sunroom would cost my nothing. Titan even changed the contracts after I found a discrepancy with mine and I was more than happy to move forward. I signed the contract and waited. Then a second rep came out to retake all the measurements previously taken and I waited some more. And then crickets until I was told that the materials were being ordered (two and a half months after I paid the half up front deposit). Work finally started the last week of April ( just 7 days shy of the deadline) and I was initially happy with how it was going. I asked a bunch of questions, had to correct the builders on layout because it turns out the first Rep lied about how the structure would be built on several levels. During construction, the electrician's helper stepped through my kitchen ceiling which i don't blame Titan for but it seems they put their trust in lack luster contractors as well. Work was "completed" on the last day of April and the permit inspector called to let me know that he would be inspecting three days later. During the inspection, it was discovered that the electricians never pulled a permit to begin with and the sunroom builders never stopped construction to get the in process inspection completed which required a portion of the structure to be dismantled. A separate crew from the first dismantled and rebuilt the structure and did a miserable job sealing it which required the lead of the original crew to come back out and correct. Since this was WELL past the deadline, I made the joke with the crew lead that " hey , I guess I got a free sunroom now". Within three minutes, the GM called me asking what I meant. This conversation culminated in him raising his voice to me several times and threatening to file a lien immediately that Monday morning if I didn't release payment. My argument that work wasn't completed because the permit wasn't sign off and required that the structure be dismantled to complete said permit didn't matter. I never once raised my voice in return, or acted unprofessional in any manner to the GM. After the tile work began, I found out how out of square the walls are. 1/4" out over 16". Had I had any idea of what I'd experience, I would have chosen a different company in a heartbeat."

"They started my patio project last summer and never returned to complete it. I paid in full for the project and they told me they would return in a week or so to complete it but never showed. I sent multiple text messages and still no-show. Would not recommend this company."

"Kasey did a great job making sure we were completely satisfied with the installation of our sod. He and his crew were very accommodating working with the delivery time to get the job done on our schedule. Everything looks great and, his crew were so hard working and respectful to my wife and I. His pricing was very fair as well. I would totally hire again."

"I first got in contact with Jackie with nautical remodeling on the 17th to weather strip my doors through Angie’s list. I didn’t look much into nautical remodeling since it was suppose to be a simple job and I thought Angie’s list only had licensed contractors. Jackie contacted me saying he would like to stop by on the afternoon of the 20th. When he got there I called him and stated I wanted the front door, back door, upstairs porch door weather stripped, couple floor trims to be glued down, 3 striker plates installed. He stated the front door is warped but he said the door is worth saving since it’s a 3k door just needs to be taken completely down off the hinges to be worked on and sanded to make it stop rubbing the floor on the outside corner. He quoted me $1400 for everything and I agreed to pay $1400 since he stated he needed to take down the front door to sand/work. But he never sent a contract over and refused to send an itemized list. He also told me if I needed anything else to contact him I told him on January 21st that the heater on the bottom level wasn’t working and the water was cold. He stopped by the next day on January 22nd when the roads were open to check out that issue but never fixed anything, didn’t even bring tools and couldn’t even figure out how to use the attic ladder so nothing got done. On the 23rd since he didn’t fix the heater I sent him the home warranty I had stating he doesn’t have to worry about the heater and tankless water heater. The next couple days had ice on the roads so he didn’t come, stated he would come on the 24th. Ended up rescheduling again for the 25th. He was really late and immediately started backing out of the work we agreed on. Did not want to take the front door down to work on it and just put cheap weatherstrip on it. Did not put weatherstrip on the back door and upstairs door to the porch. Did not glue down floor trims, did not install the 3 striker plates. Then left without offering any money back. I called him and said he needs to atleast install the striker plates. He said he would Monday on January 27th but never showed up and I had to contact him asking where he is and he told me he couldn’t come then we rescheduled for Wednesday January 29th. He was late again but installed the striker plates. All he got done in all that time was weatherstrip/doorsweep on the front door that was falling off on front door and install 3 striker plates. That shouldn’t have taken more than 2 hours to do all that. Was late every day he showed up most days he didn’t. extremely rude to everyone at the house, and never offered any money back. Would not recommend any use nautical remodeling and to stay away from Jackie O’Neal if that’s even his real name. If you for some reason want to do business with them make sure to get everything recorded on text, email, or written contract. Jackie will do his best to do all business over the phone so there’s the least amount of proof on record. Also does not appeared to be licensed through the Better Business Bureau and Alabama Licensing Board for General Contractors which was not stated upfront."

"It went very well! They helped me make some decisions in the design of the porch before we even got started. This was helpful because they had experience in what had worked and didn’t work. Work was started and finished promptly and professionally. Sidenote: Hurricane Michael ripped through my town - and my screened in porch - not long after the porch was installed. I contacted E & E and they were so kind! They repaired the porch incredibly quickly and we were able to have some sense of normalcy restored to our lives. We will continue to recommend E & E to everyone we know!"

"I would give a 0 if I could. Is it a thief if you give them money and they don't do the service then don't give the money back? If so, then David is a thief! It's been going on almost a year of trying to get my money back but David either doesn't understand English or he's purposefully manipulating the system and therefore, me, by playing games, not showing up for court, and not meeting deadlines, and most importantly NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY BASED ON THE JUDGEMENT BY THE COURTS issued last March!!!
