He was 2 hours late for the appointment, and when he finally arrived, he left two improperly installed locks unfinished. I requested a follow-up appointment to fix his mistakes, but David?s response was shockingly unprofessional. He told me he would come ?whenever he wants? and even called me stupid. I paid $1,000 for this insulting, unprofessional, and incomplete service. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Please don?t make the same mistake I did?avoid this contractor at all costs!"

However, my experience was a nightmare. Their technician, Michael Miller, tried charging me a ridiculous $1100 for a simple capacitor and contactor switch. That only amounted to $40 online and 15 minutes of work. He actually tried to claim the parts alone were worth $800, which was beyond ridiculous. When I tried to verify the parts cost myself, Michael seemed hesitant and evasive about the quote, which immediately raised red flags. Later on, he quoted me $392 for the same job, which just added insult to injury. Save yourself the headache and find another HVAC company that actually values its customers. Pioneer Home Services, especially the technician Michael Miller, are the poster children for why people shouldn't rely solely on Google reviews to judge a company's credibility. AGAIN, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!"
