"I love my beautiful new laminate flooring. It was installed perfectly. Everyone was helpful about moving the furniture, answering my questions, and doing things the way I wanted. I needed to have the carpet removed and an enzyme cleaner sprayed on the old wood floor, which they did, and then come back two days later to lay down the laminate floor, which they were able to do. There was a mix-up about what time to arrive on the first day, but I was there the whole day so it was not a problem. I will have them come back in a few months to do another room. Their price was as good as another estimate I got, but they were more accommodating than the other estimate. They were a third of the price of a third company I looked at. Definitely recommend."

"I hired Design Home Improvement back in October to repair the drywall in my ceiling. I received a great quote and Robert arrived to fix my ceiling the very next day. He was was very courteous and skilled, finishing the project within 4 hours. He checked in with me as he was getting ready to wrap up and asked me to take a careful look to make sure that everything looked great. I felt bad asking him to smooth out one tiny area, but he assured me that it was no problem, and he took his time to make sure that it was perfect before wrapping up for the day. Robert did such an excellent job that you can't even tell that my ceiling had been repaired. I am extremely satisfied with the service, and highly recommend Design Home Improvements and Robert for any of your drywall needs."

"Great all around experience. The main employee we worked with, Randy, was very responsive and present throughout the entire project. He would frequently stop by to make sure everything was going according to plan. This project was a roughly 1200sq ft hardwood refinish, including a set of stairs. The quality of the work was fantastic. They turned our very light colored floors in to a rich dark brown finish with a 50/50 Espresso and Jacobean mix. The crew was also very polite and hardworking. Pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!"

"Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."
