After discovering that my garage door tension spring broke, I reached out for help. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day, which was a relief. Sam arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained exactly what needed to be done. At this point I decided to have both doors replaced with new hardware and tension springs. He didn't have the right size springs but went out to get them so he could do the repair that day. The repair was completed efficiently, and he even took time to inspect and tune up other parts. My garage doors work like new, and I'm so grateful to Sam Swain. They arrived promptly, completed the job on time and within budget. The workers were clean and worked full days with minimal disturbances to our everyday activities. Joe oversaw the job and provided step-by-step updates, explaining what was being done and the reasoning behind it. Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate.
