"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. "Had windows replaced almost 12 years ago by Power when they were "Power Windows and Siding". Bay window replaced once under warranty. Called 04-Mar-2022 for all windows to be replaced as all were failing. Called in Jan-2023 for update to find out only 1/2 the windows were ordered, and 12-15 MONTHS for additional replacements to be ordered. Just got a call at Noon TODAY that I had a 2:30PM Appointment TODAY to have 4 sashes replaced. 2hrs notice on warranty work submitted over a year ago? AND new installations happening in my neighborhood before warranty work? Communication is horrible, warranty can be had from other vendors, and even the BBB couldn't get answers out of them. Ready to have them all ripped out and replaced by another company because it will be faster."

"Contacted National Home Improvements regarding leaking patio roof and no follow up response to issue since last year of April 2023. Still awaiting to hear back. Seems like the rain gutter is sagging in the middle of the patio where the two joints meet and water is pooling there and possibly leaking through the seams as illustrated in the photo. Poor design concept. Really disappointed with customer service and quality of product especially for what we have paid for. They clearly don't care about taking care of their customers. I would never hire National Home Improvements again!!!"
