Comment: Finishing half of basement into living area, exercise area and laundry area with 2 doors exiting to storage/unfinished area. Drainage trench exists around the entire basement, will require finishing with perforated pipe, stone, cement and sump pump installation. Additional lighting and electrical outlets requested in unfinished area. Staircase replacement required.
