A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. "These guys were great! This project took a while to complete because of weather & tedious nature of having to cut each piece to fit but these guys were good. Kenny, I believe was his name, was foreman and he took every step possible make sure it was done correctly. We had some super hot days to be working on a hot roof but they did it! He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. My roof was replaced in March 2016.  Mr. Duncan is very personable and professional. He and his crew were on time and ensured the area was cleaned prior to leaving. The job was completed  on time and to my surprise, he returned the next day to install some additional flashing around the fireplace.  I did not know he had concerns about it; but that's when I  was sure that I had made the right decision.  His honesty and integrity  surpasses all others that I received and estimate from.  he displayed so much patience with me and was comfortable answering any and all of my questions.  it has been raining like cats and dogs  and thanks to Patrick, I no longer have to pull out the towels and buckets!   I  would recommend him to anyone and would use him again for any other projects (large or small).
