"This company was a complete disaster. They supposedly re-installed our flat roof and was paid in cash immediately after they were done. It was a never-ending nightmare; the workmanship was subpar, with multiple leaks appearing shortly after their supposed 'fix.'. The plywood, beams and ceiling underneat the deck/flat roof rutted; part of the ceiling fell off. I tried to get them to come back and address the issues, they were unresponsive and uncooperative. Avoid this company at all costs! Run away from them as fast as possible."

Despite multiple follow-ups from September to November, we never got a response from Austin or the company. Now, we’re hiring someone else to replace the door and finish the siding."
