"I had a great experience with Tanner and the whole team from start to finish. I came to them with an idea for an outdoor office now that I'm working from home. After they came out and surveyed the property, we went over some design options to ensure it had what I needed, not just what I had them bid on. It wasn't an upsell either - we made changes that lowered the overall cost while increasing the durability of materials by sacrificing an aesthetic design choice I had made earlier, not realizing it was a large cost factor. The scheduling was great - they showed up and left when they said and kept the site clean between work days. I was able to watch them do a lot of their work, and it was done with skill and quality. The final product looks amazing and I'm already planning two other projects where I'm going to have them bid."

He did not require most of the money up front, only a $100 deposit. (The other contractor I spoke with - not a Home Advisor contractor - wanted most of the money up front.) Construction R Us, LLC did exactly what they said they were going to do. In fact they were able to do the project a day earlier, which really helped us out tremendously. "Hughbert was extraordinary. Very professional, very competent and very informative, explaining options and the ongoing process. The job was to replace my old, cracked driveway, which is 70 feet long and two cars wide. The challenge was that one side slopes only 6 inches in 70 feet. Hughbert calculated and measured the grade and forms perfectly, then managed a crew of seven during the pour. It was like watching a drill team. The driveway looks great and functions beautifully. A very satisfying experience I would recommend to anyone."
