"Not knowing how Home Advisor worked, I made appointments with 2 mold inspectors. The first was probably adequate but Dennis Williams of The Mold Detectives was outstanding. He looked everywhere with a flashlight, even climbing on a ladder to look under ceiling tiles and suiting up in protective gear to go through the crawl space. He answered questions and discussed what he was looking for and what he was finding as he conducted the inspection, The results of both air quality tests were about the same but Dennis made me feel confident the best inspection had been done on the property. I would highly recommend him if you are tracking down mold issues."

The only criticism I had was that it took a couple of calls and a couple of weeks before they came back to pick up the machine they left. It was big and in the way.
