They told us our pipes had rotted out. Normal pipes were circular where our were "U" shaped. Thankfully they were able to replace them within a few days. They were reasonably priced, quick, clean, and friendly. They wore shoe covers the entire time, and covered up any parts of the floor that would get messy. I have a cat who hates people but by the end of the job the cat was sitting next to them. I highly recommend you use them for your plumbing needs! I've used them multiple times. They never make me feel dumb for any of the questions I ask."
