Staining on exterior/interior of new and existing homes, log home maintenance,chinking restaining with oil based stain to revitalized and protect against the elements. Estimates for painting and staining is based on square footage as well and not limited to the project as well as labor and materials needed to complete the job in the alotted time agreed upon. Drywalling and repairs are based on the job and cost of materials and labor. All estimates may change due to prices and availabity of materials. All services offered I guarentee. All contracts signed are 50% down 25% at 50% of job completion, and remainder of balance at completion of job, unless other arrangements are made.

"I’m probably the only person seen on the website not giving five stars but I will give the truth of my own personal experience. First of all my landlord hired this company. 1st time the owner was supposed to be out I waited over two hours before contacting him, he declined my call and text me that he had no idea who I was…had to reschedule. 2nd appt they were over two hours late. Afterwards, They had to come back to fix the door lock the next day. I’m now waiting for someone to come back out a third time because of rain pouring inside my kitchen on Friday. Called first thing Saturday to report it and was told there’d be here first thing Monday. It’s Monday and now I’m being told it will be the first topic of conversation this morning…I have stressed SEVERAL TIMES to this company how valuable MY TIME is but it doesn’t seem to matter. I was expecting them to be here to make wrong right because this is unacceptable. I’ve had to rearrange my schedule multiple times…I just don’t feel like I’m a priority nor that my time is considered valuable despite my ft time and the multiple things I juggle Day to day. And so I’m sharing my experience. This was a job set up by my landlord but should not matter one way or the other. (We also Have allot of rain coming within the next three days)"
