"We picked Centennial for a number reasons, but the biggest reason was that we needed someone that would help us work with our HOA and the permit office in the city. Outside of some sub-contractors such as painting, flooring, roofing and electrical, the Centennial team did everything else. Unlike other contractors, they were there every day, the hammering (noise) didn’t start until 9:00 am and they were gone by 5:00 pm, after completely cleaning up the area. Professional is the word I have to use. Brent Ash understands not only the project but also what’s important to his client, and Dave, his site manager is only a phone call or text away. His team members are knowledgeable, hard working and very considerate of the homeowner. The project started the last week of January and had a few interruptions for permit approvals, but was finished by the second week of March. Some of those days were extremely cold, yet except for the permit holds, they were there every day. All the materials used were of high quality. We give Centennial the highest rating for their quality of work and their professionalism."

"Kevin is super responsive and was extremely detailed in all the design details before we were even placed on the schedule. Once on the schedule it all happened in the time frame that Kevin said it would happen. Drew, who does the work, is really experienced and knows what he is doing. He is very pleasant and was flexible to accommodate small changes as we went along. There were a few picky attention to detail things that I wonder about and was a little surprised that Kevin didn't come around at the completion of the job for a walk through to make sure we were happy with everything. But the bottom line is that we love the porch and overall are really happy with the way everything went. We especially love the pet door that Drew built and the hardware that Kevin came up with.
