We spray different herbicides for different clients/circumstances. Chase Property Maintenance can offer low rates on downed tree removal compared to most tree companies due to an overall lower overhead and slightly differing insurance as we do not fell trees. Materials are often included in the bid, We try to do right by our clients. We recognize that clients do not HAVE to use Chase Property Maintenance and yet they choose to do so.
