We clean shades and draperies in the home. Certified to clean all Hunter Douglas shades. No subs the owner cleans all the blinds, shades and drapes. Mini blinds are cleaned using ultrasonic technology and are done off-site and require a one day turn around.

We are a small contracting company that offers big results. We do have several reliable subcontractors to perform duties that we do not do in the scope of a project.
"My husband requested a quote and had to follow up with them 2 times before they even returned his call. We finally scheduled an appointment for them to come out to put together a quote for the project. The appointment was scheduled for 6:30 am and he didn't show up until almost 7 am. Said he would have a quote back to us within a week and that was the last we heard from them. My husband called them back twice to follow up and they never returned his calls."

At no time did we feel pressured to buy anything or make a decision quickly. The entire process, from in-home consultation to installation went well. Once we ordered the blinds we had them installed in about three weeks. Three of the woven wood blinds had manufacturing defects (Hunter Douglas issue, not Stampers' issue) so Stampers ordered new parts for them. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
