Brent & company came in with the knowledge, equipment and skills that were required to complete the job professionally and efficiently. I had contacted a number of other firms top do this job and Brent came back with the most professional and detailed quote. He then came out promptly for a site survey- something most of the others did not deem necessary. New or Failing System we perform perk and have Design Engineers we work with your particular project. Demolition of any Building and removal of debris. We do not perform septic pump outs.
"Septic tanks were left exposed, site was a mess, and vent pipe was not at the required height. We talked with him a month before we anticipated water connection, so he knew our timelines. We attempted to contact him every day for a week to schedule final inspection after water was connected, but got no response. It took two emails from the city for him to sign the certificate of compliance."
