Remodels, Addition to Existing Structure
"We hired sonart a Construction for a bathroom addition! Their staff was more than helpful and their crew was beyond experienced! They were actually able to finish this project a lot quicker than expected. Definitely gave me a piece of mine that I didnâ t have to worry about where the crew was are getting in contact with the office. I have dealt with some pretty sketchy construction companies and contractors in the past grateful that this wasnâ t the case here!"

Somri gave an accurate estimate, kept me informed of the progress of needed replacement fabrication, and did the repairs and maintenance in good order and in an efficient manner. The work looks good and the worksite was left totally clean and tidy."

"Prompt, courteous and a sincere effort is put forward by this professional. The owner is "hands on" and was a pleasure to work with. A written estimate was provided and proved to be flexible as we moved along in the project. However, if you have ideas that are "different" from what is showing their website, I would suggest you be prepared to provide ample direction and be available to work with/direct the team to keep the project moving in your direction and vision."

"They were a little backed up with jobs, but were still able to bid, construct and complete a two day job within a month (excellent). They constructed an interior wall and added a door. Part of the wall was 15 feet off the ground floor. I honestly can't tell a difference between the new wall and the old. Paint match and texture were perfect. I WILL be hiring again. Again, they are incredibly good."

General Contractor - Additions & Remodels
"This was a major ($40,000 plus) renovation that included plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, cabinets, and lots of trim work. Worse for Innova Homes it was on a deadline to get the property to the market before the end of the year. Tony Marquez stayed on time and within the budget. The crews were professional and skilled. Tony was always available and on-site most days. The quality of work was superb. I got it on the market at noon on a Friday. Monday morning I had 5 contracts, all over the asking price. Clearly, the buyers appreciated the work as well. I am so appreciative of this company and of Tony. I recommend him highly."

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
