Once the job was completed he was detailed in reminding me how long it would be before the fence could be painted because the wood is pressure treated and the paint would peel off if the wood hasn’t cured long enough, great information! Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
