Do not use subcontractors. All work is performed by Mark himself. The estimate is given before each job. Through his wise consultation, he helped us plan and offered insight into areas of our project t hat we had not considered and also helped with some new planting ideas. He was extremely reliable. He always called us the evening before to let us know what time he would be at our house. We are very happy with the work he provided us and our backyard has never looked better. He kept everything neat through the process and respected the plants that he had to work around. Our palmetto tree was in bad shape and needed trimming. He made it look beautiful again. He worked most of the day and returned bright and early the next day to finish up. He also cut the grass in our backyard and edged. He was mannerly and the most important thing he was not in a hurry to finish. He was more interested in doing a good job. We plan on Mark coming back in September or October to replace rotten wood on our deck."
