He have scammed me because I live far away, and did not know he was not working on my landscape. He said he is not returning my money back."

"After setting an appointment for peicing wct waited over a month for the appointment only to get a text less than 24 hours before the set time saying it would need recheduling. Was told he would contact me in a Day or two to rechedule. I reitterated how dire the itutoon was but never heard from them again. Just left us wondering and wasted 5 weeks inthe process. Our home is in jeopardy of complete failure. Doors windows, plumbing and electrical are sustining more damage by the day. Th reason given for the "rescheduling" was "they had storms the day before the appointment, but the stronger storms were here by far. Houma didnt get nearly what we did, and wasnt close."

( when asked she refused to give me her name) She was nothing but rude, short ( I felt attached) and she couldn't be bothered to even pull my file. I did tell her "sounds like you're having a bad day" she then responded with such venom I asked to speak with someone else. She then slammed the phone in my ear. This rudeness was pushed further when she called my office back and told my assistant Harold told her to tell us find someone else. ( We had already done so) I manage 150 + properties and deal with companies daily and trust me I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are nothing but unprofessional and rude. Any business owner who allows their staff to mistreat potential clients like this do not deserve anyone's business.
