KC Bennett is a sole proprietorship.I have 22 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction work.The company is both Dwelling contractor (1132087) and Dwelling contractor Qualifier certified(1132088) by the state of Wisconsin Dept of Commerce. We carry a $2,000,000.00 liability Insurance policy. We do both new construction and remodeling for commercial and residential.I do most of the work myself and have business associates that own their own companies that are also certified to do bigger jobs together.I do use sub contractors for work that I am not licensed to do(plumbing,electrical,excavating, foundation work).We offer free estimates, no trip fees, no initial service fees except for emergency services and a one year workmanship and labor warranty.
