Home Renovations and Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling, Specialist on all types of work on Mobile Homes and Maufactured Homes.
"Richard and his 3-D remodeling construction team were fantastic, always on time each morning and great work and very tidy and conscientious and left our home looking great each day. Richard was great with communication and did a great job bringing our vision of our kitchen remodel to perfection. They also did flooring and painting and wonderful tile work on our fireplace. My wife and I couldnâ t be happier with the work, the fair pricing and attention to detail. We have already recommended them to family and friends and we will hire them again when we remodel our bathrooms. Highly recommend Richard and 3-D remodeling."

"Eric is a great guy. Professional, with VERY reasonable up-front pricing. We set up an appointment for him to replace my water heater. He followed the appointment, with appliance pick-up, to a "T" and was done right on schedule without any mishaps or drama. I will recommend this plumbing company over ANY I have had experience with in the past. Plumbing isn't fun but Eric made it worth while getting it fixed by him. Fast and done right."

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
