"Ontime Piping And Heating is on TIME and on POINT! I was in an extremely bad situation. I needed a new boiler and hot water heater. Home ownership is new to me, and I had no clue as to where to start. So, I just started googling and I had several so called â expertsâ come by and give me quotes any where from $8,000 to $14,000, and I was told so many different stories. Matty (Matthew Mirabile) walked in and assessed the situation in absolutely no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and confident. He took his time explaining what was needed and made sure I understood. He made his offer, which was very fair, and I did not feel like he was trying to take me for a loop because I was a woman. By the time he left I knew this was the guy for the job. I even had some one offer to do the job for $500 less, but I decided to stay with Ontime Piping And Heating because I had already given my word and after meeting with Matty I just knew this was the right decision. It was the best decision I made. Matty sent his guys in and handled the entire job in one day. Matty handled every single aspect of the entire process from taking out the old equipment and discarding to purchasing and installing (top quality equipment I must say there were no shorts there) the new equipment to the electrician. It was definitely a team process, and every single member of the team was knowledgeable, confident, professional and pleasant. The area was cleaned up and the new equipment is sitting nice and pretty. Ontime Piping And Heating has a customer for life. I will most definitely recommend Ontime Plumbing And Heating to anyone and everyone. This day and time finding these types of businesses with some type of integrity is hard to come by. "Matt immediately contacted me once I asked for a quote. The bathroom tub drain pipe burst and water would drip in the apartment below when the bathroom tub faucet was turned on. Matt came out the very next day to look at it. He measured where he had to open up the floors [in this case] the ceiling in the apartment below and was spot on. He knew exactly where the pipe was and didn't need to make any unnecessary holes. He came back with his guys and fixed the pipe. He also gave me a new spout, drain cover, and silicone finish. Then, believe it or not, as soon as this job was done, the very next day our water heater's pipe burst and water went everyone, flooding the boiler room. I called Matt. He came by the same day to take a look. He came back the next day with a new water heater and replaced it. Not only were Matt and his team professional, but they lived up to their name "On Time". Matt was never late for the jobs. If any complaint I have, it would be that he came, not on time, but too early, which is not a bad thing. So can it really be called a complaint? He is very hands on with communication [phone and text] and upfront with what the problem is and how to handle it. I have Matt's cell number stored in my phone because I found our new plumber!"
