They failed to return calls/texts promptly and sometimes we didn’t hear back from them for weeks. We experienced frequent delays, ignored concerns, and not taking responsibility for issues like ordering the wrong window (and their professed ability to obtain this exact window is one of the reasons we chose them). They also completely overlooked part of our project (a small closet turned into a pantry) by not ordering any shelves even after the cabinet company told them multiple times that they never measured for them. They overlooked details like the floor transition not being flush and part of our old door frame wall is still there and shouldn’t be. "I got my roof done two years ago but the reason I'm writing this now is that I had a question about the roof and Steve sent over a crew member (Manuel) THE NEXT DAY to have a look. I always meant to write a review in the first place though so here's what I would have said two years ago and still say today: Steve and the crew were great to work with. Superb job. Readily available for any questions. Very reasonably priced. 100% would recommend and contract with them again. Unfortunately, I don't think that's going to happen because they did too good of a job lol."

"We really did our homework and got several estimates for our window project--not only did MFM come back with a fair price, but there were ZERO pressure or sales tactics involved, which we experienced with (literally) all the other companies we shopped. I wondered if we would be sacrificing anything because they don't work like the other guys (affordable pricing, no fancy sales pitch or PowerPoint presentations) but we really didn't...I was so impressed. These guys communicate well, they are prompt, the work and materials are quality, and we finished this project without a single complaint or concern. I'm actually looking forward to our next home improvement because I feel like we finally found a company we can trust!"

"TCSP did a great job re-siding our house. The project manager provided options to manage the overall costs and was very responsive. He personally visited the project when we had questions and conducted detailed inspections to ensure the high quality work."

"First Dave took days to respond, then roofing was delivered to the neighbors. Roofing was delayed, and i was notified the first day. The 2nd day i heard nothing from Steve and had to call to find out. I was told the driveway would be covered with tarps and magnets would be used to pick up nails. This wasn't done and i had to pick up 100's of nails myself from driveway and all around the house and neighbors house. Front and back steps weren't covered with tarps while roofing, so one had oil stains, the other brand new composite steps had gouges, tar stains, and a broken light. Corner piece of my siding had a hole put in it. My birdbath was also broken. Roofers left garbage all over the place. A few nails and little pieces of roofing were left on the roof after they were done. The office called before the job was completed to get final papers signed, i had to tell them they aren't done yet. Long delays and poor communication, a roofing job with soffit and fascia took about a month total. Corner siding piece was finally replaced, and a couple hundred dollars was taken off the price for the broken items."
