Comment: We bought a house that has not been renovated since the 1960's so we took out old carpet, re painted walls, needed to gut flooring, and patched a ton of drywall. There is not trash or debris in the space, we are just worried about dusting and ensuring it is very clean before move-in.
We figure it would be best to get a full clean to ensure that we are not breathing in any dust particles or anything like that.
