Professional advice on tile orientation - I had almost made the wrong decision but they were quick to advise, quick to get me involved to preview different layouts before laying down the tiles, so appreciative of that. Experienced with the permit process, responsive GC partner. Not the cheapest, went over budget because of unexpected uneven floor soundproofing from decades ago, but you definitely get what you pay for, they removed all of that and followed the Mapei warranty requirements by the book. This review is one year later. The only thing I would have done differently is added grout protector/sealant to stop the grout from getting dirty and changing color.
