"We were referred to Matt by a friend when we found ourselves in need of a new AC unit. We are so glad! Wheras other companies send out a sales person to try and sell you something you really don't need Matt came out himself, looked things over, told us what he could do for us and gave us a quote. On initial visit he also took the time to answer all our questions. Very professional, to the point and no bull.... he gave us a 2 week window to order unit, in that 2 weeks we called him to come add refrigerant. He had his tech come out that same afternoon free of charge. He and his tech Bob had unit inside and out installed in less than 4 hrs, he stayed to explain to my husband what to look for if we had any trouble, ie: cleaning drain trap, checking for water if float tripped. That was Aug 2022, now we're post hurricane Ian and going strong. We've texted him once and he was able to troubleshoot over phone. Love this company!"

"Aaron, Steve & Clint were phenomenal to work with. We recently moved into our home and the a/c stopped working on a Sunday evening. The team diagnosed the problem and had us back up and working in short order. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable & kind, which we so appreciated. Would definitely recommend working with this company. We did sign up for the maintenance plan, which provides a 4-time per year check-up on the entire system."

"These guys were great! My ac went out on Saturday night and they were able to have a technician at my house with in an hr. He was knowledgeable and offered great customer service! He explained what the issue was (in a way that I could understand) and he gave me options. We ultimately decided to replace the unit. Since it was a Saturday night, we didnâ t expect anything until the next week. However he was able to temporarily get us cooling for the night and they were able to have the on call crew install the new unit Sunday morning! These guys were fantastic, my house is cooler than ever before!! We will recommend them to everyone and they now have a customer for life!! Thank you catalyst air conditioning"

"Whole home generator installed. Works great. So is service."

"Kyle salvaged a poor new unit install. Comfort Caddies repaired damaged ductwork and installed a proper and new thermostat."

"Excellent installation and service. Our ac was having major compressor problems and we had little dehumidification. TruAir installed a complete Trane ac in about 6.5 hours so we hardly notice the shutdown of the old one. They did a great cleanup and Collier County came today and approved the installation with no exceptions. On the day of installation, one of the owners spent a lot of time explaining how the thermostat worked and we were very appreciative of that. Very happy I chose them."
