He reviewed the proposed work with me, pointing out various aspects of it that aligned with another proposed contractor. He then gave me an official written quote on the spot. It was lower than quotes, and it was for a definite amount, again, not a range. The foreman came by the next day to get the specifics so he could buy the necessary materials, and work commenced that afternoon. The project took three days, slightly under what they anticipated. The team arrived and left on time, and the areas were tidied up each time. They were also professional and friendly. Unfortunately, they discovered something that had not been done during the home’s original renovation, which George and Jim discussed with me. It was beyond what I wanted to do at the time, but we were able to settle on something that they thought would get the job done and I could agree to.
