"Carlton repaired and installed baseboards, fixed sagging doors and door jams and caulked my molding and baseboards to make them more aesthetically pleasing. Pros: Time management: He told me when he would be at my house and how long the job would take. He showed up on time and finished as scheduled with exceptional quality and attention to detail. Price: Very fair pricing! He went through the house with me and told me the prices as we went along. That was perfect for me because I wasn't blindsided with a high bid after he left. I knew exactly what it would cost and why. I wish more contractors did it this way because I ended up being able to do more with my budget than I thought I'd be able to which was a pleasant surprise! Years of experience: Carlton is not a young twenty-something just out to make extra money on the side. He has years of experience, and you can tell by the speed and quality of his work. Cons: None. I couldn't nitpick Carlton's work or price even if I tried. Just a side note, he was the ONLY contractor who did not try to charge me more just because of where I live. This matters and I am genuinely convinced that if I lived in a cheaper location, he would have charged me the same."

Some of my rooms had dark colors and he did as many coats of paint as it needed to cover them with much lighter colors. He also installed new lighting in my kitchen.
