The products we sell are focused on two things: performance and durability against Colorado's harsh climate. As for our service, you can trust that we will deliver on all our promises because we are not looking to do just one project with our customers. "Not all the JH siding was color matched, some was painted. It took months for the punch. I still have an area that is filled with caulk because the piece was cut too short. The billing was incorrect initially by $2000 which did get corrected after I pointed it out. The sub for the gutters did not finish their project well using screws that create clogs and cut downspouts short. The 5280 staff is very polite and did address about 95% of my concerns. They showed up when they said they would."

From the first contact with Ernest to the final walk through with Oswald, everything was top-notch! Upon initial contact with Ernest, he took the time to cover all the details and describe exactly what the crew would be doing and gave initial quotes for various options, sticking to the exact cost of the option we chose, which was to completely cover our house and detached garage. I should point out here that their quote was less than others. The crew (headed by Omar) showed up exactly on time each day and stayed as late as necessary to complete each day’s task. The entire hard working crew was pleasant, positive, respectful and worked together incredibly well throughout the entire project, finishing on schedule despite having to do some extra work and adjustments to the original plan. They really seemed to enjoy what they were doing each day, despite the cold temperatures (late December at an elevation of 8,000 ft). The attention to detail was the best I’ve ever seen in watching over 30 years of construction improvements by various crews on our house. Following completion (which was the evening before Christmas eve), the project manager Oswald took the time to do a final walk through with me a few days later, immediately taking care of the few tiny concerns I had. He, like the rest of the crew he manages, was amazing- so professional and pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend using this company for any project involving services they offer. They definitely go above and beyond expectations."

Installing stone veneer is not easy. Even faux or cultured veneer is heavy, and you’ll need extra hands—and the right tools—to set each piece safely. A misstep can crack the veneer, lead to water issues, or cause injury. For most homeowners, hiring an experienced professional is the quickest and safest way to achieve a polished result.
When installed correctly, cleaned, and sealed as needed, stone veneer can last 25 to 75 years. Precision matters, as sloppy installation allows water to work behind the panels and shortens their lifespan. Keep joints sealed and rinse off dirt a few times a year, and you should see decades of trouble‑free performance.
You can wrap the entire house in veneer, but keep in mind that every added square foot increases the total price by raising both material and labor costs. Many homeowners keep their costs down by using veneer as an accent around entries, foundations, or bump‑outs, which still provides the same upscale look.
Stone veneer can be applied over brick, stucco, or other stable surfaces, as long as the base is clean, dry, and free of loose material. To ensure a secure installation, you’ll need to patch flaking stucco, remove crumbling mortar, and let everything dry before the siding pro attaches the new panels.
Stone veneer costs run about one‑quarter the price of full‑thickness natural stone because it’s made from concrete and lightweight aggregates. With stone veneer, you still get the look of real stone, but with a thinner profile that is easier to ship, installs faster, and saves you money on material costs.
