"The sales representative (Brian) was very professional and helpful in setting up our contract for pest control inside and outside. The initial treatment started off good with professional technicians. After three months of service, we learned that the monthly scheduled outside treatment only consisted of spraying the yard. There was no preventative maintenance treatment on the ornamentals and palm trees. If you live in South Florida, we all know that we can't give the critters any extra time to start their feasting. So we would have to call Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization to schedule a technician to come out and treat the infected plants and/or trees. The first time we called back in March, it took over a week for the tech to treat our property. The person I spoke with at Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization apologized and said this wouldn't happen again. Some time in April, Still no preventative maintenance on the monthly treatment. We determined that our bougainvillea plants in the front yard were looking very bad and were infected with spider mites and the notorious whitefly. I called Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization to report the issue with the bougainvillea. It took several phone calls and over two weeks for a technician to arrive at our property and treat the bougainvillea. In my communication with the Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization, I received the impression that the company was going through some major changes. The sales representative and other employee's I had spoken with in the past were all gone. We put too much work into our landscaping to watch it be destroyed by pests through negligence. My wife and I retrieved our spray bottles and insecticides and started once again to treat our plants and trees ourselves. I understand that company's fall on hard times and unforeseen circumstances arise, but it would have been nice if Guaranteed Pest Control & Fertilization had been honest with us instead of making excuses. "So pleased to find this company and their natural non-toxic pest control strategies.  Other natural pest control companies I contacted did not serve my area of South Miami-Dade.  Mark from Xact explained the products they use and as a Health Coach I am familiar with the products and happy that I do not need to worry about impact on our family's health or that of our dog.  The cost is for an annual contract for quarterly service plus the special lawn treatment they did for ticks.  They place pest control products in the outlets and switch plates as well as outside around the perimeter of the house.  After 10 days, we have not seen one palmetto bug (saw at least one daily before) and all the ants we are seeing are dead.  They have been extremely responsive to calls/questions, and have been prompt or early to appointments each time.  They have even done some creative problem-solving with us to address a unique issue.
