"Not all the JH siding was color matched, some was painted. It took months for the punch. I still have an area that is filled with caulk because the piece was cut too short. The billing was incorrect initially by $2000 which did get corrected after I pointed it out. The sub for the gutters did not finish their project well using screws that create clogs and cut downspouts short. The 5280 staff is very polite and did address about 95% of my concerns. They showed up when they said they would."

Upon initial contact with Ernest, he took the time to cover all the details and describe exactly what the crew would be doing and gave initial quotes for various options, sticking to the exact cost of the option we chose, which was to completely cover our house and detached garage. When installed correctly, cleaned, and sealed as needed, stone veneer can last 25 to 75 years. Keep joints sealed and rinse off dirt a few times a year, and you should see decades of trouble‑free performance.
You can wrap the entire house in veneer, but keep in mind that every added square foot increases the total price by raising both material and labor costs. Stone veneer can be applied over brick, stucco, or other stable surfaces, as long as the base is clean, dry, and free of loose material.
