"Jimmy showed up to my home during a time when my thermostat was not working. That issue was fixed. He sold me a services contract and told me when he returned to services the units, he will cover the pipes outdoors. I purchased the contract for twice per year maintenance. I scheduled with him for a specific date. Appointment was confirmed but Jimmy did not show. When I called, he it appears that he forgot my appointment and he rescheduled saying he could not work in the rain. He rescheduled for a few days after and one of his workers showed up (Carlos). The guy showed up looking like he was someone who does not want to work and unprepared. So, I asked him if he has filters and he said know. Jimmy's workman did not bring filter, so I offered him filters I had stored. I asked him if he bought things to cover the pipes at the back, he said no. I called and left a message for Jimmy. Carlos was so rude and unprofessional. I was so scared of him and the way he was behaving. Carlos then said he would NOT do any service. IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. He did return my money. BUT I will not recommend him. Will NOT use him again. As woman I will not hire again. Customer services was poor, reliability and punctuality poor."

"Terrible .The guy came out was here about 10 minutes , charged me a," discounted" rate of $175 and left . About 36 hours later my drain is clogged again and the only thing I let down it was dish water and there's a strainer in the sink . When I called they said no warranty on the service and it would be $79 to evaluate it and I could go from there. Sorry you're only robbing me once and I would caution anyone not to deal with them"

It was a Monday in August and I expected to be added to a long wait list. But after giving all of my information to the office manager, she told me that someone would be at my house in 30 minutes. Two technicians arrived on time, thoroughly inspected the condenser, diagnosed the problem, discussed options with me, and quickly returned the unit to full operation. That’s because of the Active Solar Energy System Exclusion, approved by the California State Board of Equalization. This exclusion remains in effect until the end of 2024. At that point, if the board doesn’t extend the exclusion, homeowners may see an increase in property taxes.
