"We requested a quote to remove and install a bathtub with shower surround in the same location. Didn’t need anything fancy, just something basic. It did require a plumbing modification to accommodate a standard wall mounted shower head since the current configuration has a handheld shower head which connects to the tub faucet. Rep arrived 30 minutes late because he got lost but didn’t call to say he was running late. I had to contact the office to find out if he was still coming and they apologized for the delay and called me back with an update. Rep seemed knowledgeable but we were blown away by the quote of $15,300! That is ridiculous and we will look elsewhere."

The glass purity can ensure a distortion-free reflection, and thicker glass can decrease the chances of distortion as well. The reflective coating makes a difference, and high-quality mirrors will have several thicker coats of reflective material, like tin-mercury, aluminum, or silver.
