"I truly appreciated Indy Pool Covers honestly and promptness in getting my cover fixed. At first, I requested a repair. Matt came out and didn't not charge me for a service charge since the cover was in bad shape and needed repair. Shortly after it broke (while waiting on the new cover to arrive). They knew I was in a "pickle" and needed to get the pool open soon due to other issues also going on. They were able to get my new cover installed and working in a very short period of time. "Noble Home Improvement rescreened our screened in porch and also replaced a number of pieces of wood that had rotted. They replaced the screen with a better, more durable screen then we originally had installed and cut grooves in the boards next to the concrete to promote drainage and help prevent the rotting we experienced previously. The owner, Doug, was great to work with and always willing to answer all the questions we had. The work was done in about a day (broken up between two days) and looks great. I’d definitely hire them again for any other projects around our home."

"Good, easy to communicate with if problems or questions came up. Explained what options were to fix , left the finial decide to us. Worked with us on payments as we were not no property at time of some remodel. Tyler and Shea are and happy to get the job done right. They have a low overhead so easy to offer or better the other companies. Offer discount to additional work if their tools and workers were there finishing up on other work. Walk thought prior to finial payment. No problem if something needs to be adjusted. They show up when they plane on working your job. They even asked what type of music I listen to , then played some during the addition projects. Will be hiring again to paint remaining house after moving out to ready for sale."

"Perma Pools will take your money and complete your project. But once they have your money, their customer service and concern about your pool and its needed services are over. Our pool was completed in 2022 and they received their final check from us in October of 2022. Upon the pool opening in 2023 they (mainly Daniel Majestic) refused to speak with us about our concerns about being charged for the opening (when we shouldn't have been), never took the time to contact me after multiple requests. We also had concerns about some of the pool completions items upon opening. They sent a young kid to check it out, the kid was kind enough and respectful, but did not help ease our worries about potential problems in the future. So if you want a pool I'd suggest finding a company that will continue to take care of you long after you have it installed the product, the pool itself is a long time commitment so I intended on using the same company for maintenance but I will NOT use Perma Pools again."
