They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. "Kevin was highly recommended via a post I made on Facebook looking for a local plumber. He arrived at my home that day to assess the issue we had with our bathroom sink. He then told me his game plan for the following day to remedy our leaking, plugged drain. He showed up the following morning and by noon time he was finished. Left the bathroom in better shape than it was in. He even replaced the plunger in the sink because he noticed a small leak there too. Removed the wainscoting and removed the wall behind it and was able to reuse the wainscoting and trim mold back as if nothing was disturbed. I would highly recommend using him in the future and would refer him to my friends as well. Thank you Kevin and your crew!"

"This USED to be my go to plumbing service. I used to get quality service at a fair price. Once a new plumber started showing up the prices increased. I was given an estimate of $1800 for a routine job. I got two other estimates for $600 and $865 by reputable local plumbers. I donâ t appreciate being taken advantage of. The two plumbers who provided estimates did not charge a fee just for showing up. Some plumbers who charge a fee for showing up will put the fee that towards the cost of the repair. Blue Owl charges are not industry standard!!! I feel bad for all the customers leaving five star reviews who donâ t know that theyâ re being ripped off. If the job is not an emergency, do your homework and get multiple estimates before using this service."
