"Refrigerator started acting up last night making a loud obnoxious noise. Went on homeadvisor and Appliance Techs, Inc popped up and had great reviews. Gave them a call and spoke with Thomas who was very polite and said he could get a tech out in the next few hours. The tech called about 2 hours prior to the schedule stating he was on his way - wow that was quick! Of course when he got there, the fridge was not making the noise (Murphy's law). Frankie, the tech, was very knowledgeable and polite. He checked a few things but wasn't 100% sure until the fridge finally started making the noise again. It was a defective evaporating fan motor. He had one in his van and changed it out right then. Knowledgeable, quick, A+ in my book!"

"We've used Day 1 for a few projects over the last two years, and we are always happy with the work and especially the speed of the work. This is the second year Phoenix came out to do a furnace tune up. Our furnace is old, but we aren't ready to replace it, I appreciate Day 1 working within our budget and understanding what we need right now. I'm positive that Phoenix will keep our furnace in good shape as long as possible. And, once again, we had another random project that we had a question about. Phoenix was patient in taking the time to chat with us about options and how to get it done. Finally, we always try to go with local, small business. This is a company with a lot of ambition and the work ethic to back it up."
