"I recently hired Home Options for a variety of home repairs and I could not be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and hassle-free. The team was efficient, keeping the worksite clean and organized throughout the project. They took the time to thoroughly explain the scope of the work, including the options available to me, and offered valuable suggestions that improved the final outcome. What really stood out was the quality of the work. The repairs were done to a high standard, and you can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. Communication was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way, and they were always responsive to any questions or concerns I had. It was clear they genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be calling Home Options for future projects, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repair."

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
"We hired Altitude Builders to replace an existing deck that was old and rotting. After vetting out several contractors to decide between composite or pressure treated wood, we found Eli to be professional, straightforward and reasonable when it came to our ideas on what we wanted in a deck. His timeline and pricing was the best. He presented us with all requested documentation (contractor license, insurance, and contract) and started on the day he stated. Project went slightly longer because we needed additional footings and extension beyond the original scope of work. At the end of each day, the site was clean and nothing was left out of place. My deck is solid, sturdy and beautiful! His workmanship and professionalism were wonderful. We will be using Altitude builders again for additional work in the near future. Highly Recommended!"

Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
